A note on our guideline in light of the Covid 19 Crisis from our managing partner, Amaka Jackson.
“We are mindful of the recent uncertainty being faced by our clients due to this unprecedented crisis.
We wish to announce that we remain committed to providing our team and clients with continued support even during this challenging time.
Please be reassured that we remain open for business and have a robust business continuity plan to ensure we can continue to provide our services to you in the event that visits to our offices are impacted.
In the meantime, we have and continue to take steps to minimise the effect of the crisis on our general health and safety and as such now operate a no-touch policy for clients coming into the office as well as offer hand sanitisers.
Please do not be offended if we do not shake your hands when you visit us.
In addition, we are continuously taking steps to ensure sanitation of our office premises by following the government’s guidelines and where possible are now offering our services to clients remotely i.e. via telephone and/or Skype.
We will continue to keep a close eye on the guidance by the health industry and the government to protect our team and clients.
